Real Analysis Tutoring
I’ve tutored real analysis for over 20 different students.
I have worked from textbooks by Rudin, Abbott, Lebl, Tao, Johar, Pugh, and more. My students took their courses through the following universities:
GaTech MATH 4317, MATH 4318
Columbia GU 4061, GU 4062
University of Florida MAA 4102, 4103
USC Math 425a, Math 425b
NYU Math-UA 325, 326
Kennesaw State MATH 4381, 4382
UCLA Math 131a
UCL MATH0003
Stanford Online High School UM115
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Topics that I have taught include: The construction of the real numbers by Dedekind cuts and Cauchy sequences, the complete ordered field axioms, metric spaces, limit and continuity, topology, differentiation and Riemann integration, uniform convergence, power series, equicontinuity, analyticity, multivariable differentiation, implicit and inverse functions, Lagrange multipliers, Stoke’s formula, and measure theory.
